Job Responsibilities:

1. Find and select domestic and foreign suppliers according to business needs, timely, accurate, economical and effective to ensure the supply of required products, order tracking, customs clearance, cargo acceptance and so on.

2. timely and effective communication with sales, assist sales to complete the work of quoting goods.

3. Inquire and price the supplier according to the sales demand, obtain the latest cargo information and timely feedback, and communicate the product problem handling opinions.

4. Prepare information tables for timely collection, analysis, evaluation, and feedback of market information, industry dynamics, and static information.

5. Supplier's accounts payable check and summary.

6. Management of supplier files, development and maintenance of suppliers.

7. can travel in the field according to the needs of work, participate in airshows at home and abroad.

8. Independently take customers abroad (mainly the United States) to participate in product acceptance and participate in negotiations on major contracts and agreements of international advanced aviation product suppliers.

9. According to the needs of the work, in the case of time difference, use telephone, WeChat, mail and other means to communicate with foreign suppliers to complete the necessary work.

10. determine the procurement, sign the purchase contract, and archive management, tracking the delivery cycle, to minimize the delivery cycle

11. Deal with issues related to procurement and complete other temporary tasks as explained by the general manager.

Job Requirements:

1. Full-time undergraduate degree or above, aiming at the long-term development of the aviation industry, with a sense of responsibility and a positive working attitude.

2. English CET level 4 or above, strong language communication and expression skills, proficient in English, fluent in spoken English, strong English business writing and translation skills (important).

3. Have the ability to develop new product suppliers, have good professional ethics and excellent negotiation and bargaining power, and are willing to bear more pressure and challenges.

4. Responsible, cheerful, good character, focus on work efficiency, have a strong team work ability.

5. computer operation is proficient, make good use of network resources, and skillfully use ERP system.

6. Have more than 2 years of experience in import and export international trade, graduated from aerospace college or graduated from English Department.
