China Express Signs MOU on AVIC MA Family

China Express, China’s first regional airline, inked a Memorandum of Understanding with AVIC Xi’an Civil Aircraft, on the operation and development of MA family.
The deal covers keys parts on business research and practice, R&D and support network building.
Under the MoU, the two parties aim to establish a joint civil aircraft industry research center, cooperate on fleet management and general aviation operation of MA60/600.
Besides that, China Express will join MA700 program to provide support to airport and route adaptiveness analysis, flight operation technology, maintainability design improving and MRO cost analysis and management.
The last part involved is spare parts management in future operation, and personnel training.
The MoU will incorporate a dedicated regional airline’s experience into MA family especially to the development process of MA700, paving a way to business success.
