The Model 8777 Roller Swager is used to attach Eaton Roller Swage type sleeves, bulkhead unions, and unions and other manufacturer's internally swaged fittings onto titanium, stainless steel, aluminum alloy, and other tubing materials generally used for space-craft, aircraft, marine, and other high reliability applications.
The Double Head Rroller Swager is capcable of swaging all types of Internally Swaged fittings including Fuel Couplings ,Flareless,Flared ,Beam Seal,Ballnose,and other hydraulic and Pneumatic fittings

A variety of standard tube wall thicknesses may be swaged. The internal tooling requirements (Expanders) are determined by the wall thickness of tubing and tube O.D. selected. External tooling (jaws) for each size O.D. tube and fitting configuration are readily changeable in a convenient manner.
